Product Pricing and Availability
Prices for gym equipment are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). While we strive for accuracy, prices are subject to change based on stock availability and international shipping rates. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
- Within Nairobi: We offer same-day delivery to your location.
- Outside Nairobi: Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier. We will pack and load the equipment and can recommend trusted courier partners upon request.
- Ownership: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the equipment is loaded onto the customer’s arranged courier or delivered to the Nairobi location.
Payment Terms
- Pay on Delivery: Available for orders within Nairobi only.
- Advance Payment: Required for all orders outside Nairobi before dispatch.
- Methods: We accept M-Pesa (Paybill 600100, Account 102694), bank transfers, and cash.
Installation and Setup
- Free Installation: Provided for orders within the Nairobi CBD.
- Outside CBD: Installation is quoted separately or must be arranged by the customer.
- Requirement: The customer must ensure the workout space is cleared and accessible before our technicians arrive.
Warranty and Maintenance
- Coverage: 1-year warranty for home-use equipment and 2-year warranty for commercial-grade equipment.
- Limitations: Warranty covers manufacturing defects, frame integrity, and motor faults. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
- Spare Parts: We stock genuine OEM parts in our Nairobi warehouse for efficient servicing.
Returns and Refunds
Equipment can only be returned if it is found to be defective upon delivery and cannot be repaired. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once the equipment has been installed and used.
Liability
Nairobi Fitness Hub is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of our equipment. We strongly recommend professional instruction and proper warm-ups before starting any fitness regimen.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
